About the role
You will own Meta end-to-end — strategy, execution, optimization, and scaling. You'll be accountable for performance outcomes and work hands-on across campaign setup, creative testing, and performance analysis. This role is ideal for someone who thinks like a growth marketer, acts like a channel owner, and understands that great creative is a performance tool — not just a brand asset.
What you'll do
- Own Meta end-to-end: strategy, execution, optimization, and scaling
- Define and run full-funnel campaigns across prospecting, retargeting, and retention
- Hit performance goals across CAC, ROAS, and efficiency at scale
- Build and run a structured creative testing framework
- Brief, evaluate, and iterate on creative from a performance perspective
- Translate learnings into clear recommendations for the wider marketing team
- Stay ahead of platform changes and turn them into competitive advantages
- Collaborate with our Google Ads channel owner to align on strategy and share insights
What you'll need
- Proven track record owning and scaling Meta ads, ideally in DTC, subscription, or lead-gen
- Strong command of performance metrics: CAC, CTR, CVR, ROAS
- Experience with structured testing frameworks across creatives, audiences, and formats
- Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager — you run campaigns yourself
- Analytical thinker with strong execution speed and ownership mentality
- Comfortable working cross-functionally while staying accountable for results
- Based in Berlin and open to travel to our other locations
- German native and fluent in English
