About the role

As Founder's Associate Intern for the Product Development Team, you will work very closely with the VP of Engineering and Founder & CEO to enable them and the productivity of their department. This means being data-driven by developing department reporting or ad-hoc analyses and ensuring efficient operations by preparing and hosting meetings.

What you'll do

  • Prepare business-critical presentations for the Founder and VPs addressing the team or external stakeholders (e.g., All-hands, townhalls, investors, prospective clients)
  • Set-up, maintain, and enhance recurring analyses to give the Executive Team strong visibility into the state of the business
  • Build and maintain lightweight internal AI tools and automations with Claude to cut down manual reporting and ops work
  • Use Claude to accelerate analyses, research, and drafting: turning raw data from BigQuery, Linear, and Notion into board-ready narratives, decks, and recurring reports
  • Collaborate with VPs on project management, direction setting, staffing modeling, and reporting
  • Run ad-hoc analyses and research
  • Establish processes and best practices to help the organization mature
  • Support company events (e.g. offsites, team events, hackathon)

What you'll need

  • Experience working in fast-paced environments, e.g., in top-tier management consulting, private equity, investment banking, venture capital, or high-growth startups
  • Strong FIGMA/PPT and Excel skills (ThinkCell is a significant plus)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools like Looker Studio
  • Highly structured and able to divide and conquer complex problems, enabling you to take ownership and execute projects quickly
  • Comfortable with AI tools (Claude, etc.) and know when to verify output rather than trust it blindly
  • High sense of integrity and responsibility
  • Minimum 3 months commitment, 6 months preferred
  • Excellent English writing and conversational skills

What they offer

  • Working on challenging and impactful projects at the forefront of one of the most innovative industries in Europe
  • High visibility and impact across the business with the option to own and drive new initiatives
  • Urban Sports Club membership
  • Mental Health support through OpenUp
  • Free company lunch on Thursdays
  • Vibrant office in the heart of Berlin overlooking the Wall memorial
