Product Manager - Development, Testing & Validation Platform

About the role

You'll define and deliver tools that help engineers trust, test and deploy AI safely for advanced airborne systems. This role involves shaping a new product area focused on simulation, validation and assurance, with direct impact on flight test campaigns and development speed.

What you'll do

• Research user needs across engineering and autonomy teams
• Define product strategy and feature roadmap
• Work with engineers to scope and deliver MVPs
• Prioritize between technical debt and new capability
• Collaborate with UX and simulation teams
• Communicate updates to leadership

What you'll need

• Understanding of software validation, testing or AI assurance
• Experience working in technical, emerging product areas
• Ability to create clarity in complex systems
• Strong communication skills across engineering and leadership
• User-centric development approach
• Motivation driven by real-world impact

Nice to have

• Aerospace, defense or safety-critical background
• Prior work on developer tools or simulation
• Technical background in software engineering or data science
