About the role
Lead a TeleSales team in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), working hands-on to coach inbound sales representatives and drive team performance. This is a leadership role that involves direct involvement in sales activities while building and developing a high-performing team culture.
What you'll do
- Lead and coach a team of Inbound Sales Representatives through regular 1:1s, call shadowing, and performance check-ins
- Support live calls directly, help close deals, and model excellent sales behaviors for the team
- Track team performance data and convert insights into actionable improvements
- Build a positive team culture focused on feedback, learning, and celebrating wins
- Collaborate with other sales leaders to refine processes and contribute to DACH sales strategy
What you'll need
- 3+ years of sales team leadership experience with proven track record of developing people and hitting targets
- Hands-on approach to leadership with comfort jumping on calls and supporting deals directly
- Fluent German (C1 or above) and strong business-level English
- Strong coaching abilities with skills in giving constructive feedback while maintaining team morale
- Comfort working with performance data to identify patterns and make quick adjustments
