About the role
This is a Mid-Market Account Executive position at Agicap, a fast-growing European fintech company. You'll be responsible for driving sales and expanding the customer base within the mid-market segment, working closely with SDR teams to acquire new business logos and achieve sales targets.
What you'll do
- Define and implement sectoral development strategy with your SDRs
- Identify and target mid-market companies that could benefit from Agicap's financial management solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value propositions
- Develop and maintain robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet quarterly and annual targets
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends
- Monitor and analyze performance with management to identify improvement areas
- Provide feedback to Marketing, Business Development, and Product teams
- Share commercial expertise to enhance team performance
What you'll need
- Native/bilingual level of German
- 2-4 years of B2B Sales experience, preferably in SaaS and mid-market space
- Some experience in finance department, audit, consulting, or transaction services
- Business or Engineering school background from top institution
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills with excellent verbal communication
- Business acumen and above-average interpersonal skills
- Team spirit and desire to share knowledge
