About the role
As an Inside Sales Manager, you'll drive digital transformation in the automotive trade by managing the complete sales cycle from cold acquisition to long-term customer development. You'll work with a data-driven approach to build sustainable customer portfolios and partnerships across European used car markets.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end customer journey from cold acquisition through pitching, onboarding, and long-term relationship development
- Conduct confident outbound and inbound sales conversations to convince prospects and decision-makers
- Deliver product demos and consultative advice, becoming an expert on the platform and its practical benefits
- Work independently to steer sales activities and build sustainable customer portfolio through strategic follow-ups
- Follow KPI-driven sales structure, tracking weekly metrics and adhering to operating model
- Manage sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM with clean, traceable customer data documentation
What you'll need
- Experience in B2B or inside sales, business development, or comparable field
- Generalist approach covering entire sales process from acquisition to customer retention
- Strong communication skills handling objections confidently via phone or video calls
- German at C2 level and English at C1 level proficiency
- Consulting competency to explain complex products and find tailored solutions
- KPI and results orientation with data-driven approach to success management
- Technology affinity with modern sales tools like Salesforce, Tableau, Slack, and Aircall
- Initiative, resilience, and team player mentality with ownership accountability
