Senior Software Engineer - Data Platform

About the role

Join the Data Platform team to build AI-ready, self-serve, and scalable infrastructure that enables the next generation of data products. You'll be a critical enabler for Data Science and Operational teams, ensuring the platform is reliable, secure, and high-performing while supporting real-time analytics and AI initiatives.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain best-in-class data infrastructure to support critical processes
• Develop automations that improve the reliability, scalability, and security of the platform
• Implement observability and monitoring systems integrated with incident management tools
• Optimize compute resources and processes to ensure cost-effectiveness
• Set up initial infrastructure for real-time analytics and AI use-cases

What you'll need

• 6+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Software Engineering with focus on data batch and streaming infrastructure
• Strong experience with Terraform and Kubernetes
• Solid command of programming languages such as Go or Python
• Experience maintaining business-critical, high-traffic infrastructure and services
• Familiarity with Data Engineering stack including Spark, Airflow, Kafka, and Trino
• Product-minded approach to platforms with focus on end-user experience
• Experience with End-to-End, load, and testing practices
