About the role

You'll be part of Klim's Carbon Credit Sales team, driving revenue growth by winning new customers and building long-term partnerships in the B2B carbon credit market. This role focuses on leading complex sales processes and turning Klim's regenerative agriculture offerings into clear customer value for non-food industry clients.

What you'll do

  • Own and grow a high-value B2B sales pipeline from first conversation to contract signature, focusing on carbon credit offerings for non-food industry segments
  • Research, structure, and execute outbound sales approaches to engage qualified prospects and new market segments
  • Lead structured discovery conversations to understand client needs, decision criteria, and stakeholder dynamics
  • Guide prospects through pricing discussions, risk considerations, and contract negotiations to closing
  • Collaborate with finance, certification, product, marketing, and customer success teams for seamless handovers
  • Track key sales metrics through CRM maintenance and gather client feedback to optimize performance
  • Stay current on carbon markets, standards, and regulation developments
  • Represent Klim at industry events, conferences, and sustainability forums to generate leads

What you'll need

  • Business-ready fluency in German (C1 level) and English
  • At least 3 years of experience in quota-carrying B2B new business role with full deal-closing responsibility
  • Demonstrated experience building pipeline through outbound activities rather than relying on inbound leads
  • Experience selling complex, high-trust offerings where buyers scrutinize credibility and long-term impact
  • Proven track record managing full sales funnel end-to-end, including six-figure deals
  • Working knowledge of enterprise sales methodologies, preferably MEDDPICC
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace or comparable tools
  • Collaborative, people-oriented mindset with motivation to contribute to regenerative agriculture mission

Nice to have

  • Experience in carbon markets and environmental policy, including voluntary carbon markets and relevant standards
