About the role

You'll join Raisin's German customer service team as a Customer Service Agent, providing first-level support to German-speaking customers via phone and email. This role focuses on service excellence rather than sales, helping customers with financial products while working in a hybrid model with two office days per week.

What you'll do

  • Become an expert on Raisin's products and processes quickly
  • Handle customer inquiries independently via phone and email
  • Process account opening requests and investment-related questions
  • Handle basic tax-related inquiries professionally
  • Collaborate closely with customer service colleagues and other departments
  • Ensure positive customer experiences through friendly, professional service
  • Contribute to overall customer satisfaction and platform usability

What you'll need

  • Native-level German (C2) and fluent English
  • Strong communication skills and solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure
  • Interest in complex topics and modern financial markets
  • Location in Berlin required
  • High work standards and ability to stay organized during busy periods

Nice to have

  • Previous customer service or support experience in any industry
  • Experience providing telephone customer assistance
