About the role
You'll join Raisin's German customer service team as a Customer Service Agent, providing first-level support to German-speaking customers via phone and email. This role focuses on service excellence rather than sales, helping customers with financial products while working in a hybrid model with two office days per week.
What you'll do
- Become an expert on Raisin's products and processes quickly
- Handle customer inquiries independently via phone and email
- Process account opening requests and investment-related questions
- Handle basic tax-related inquiries professionally
- Collaborate closely with customer service colleagues and other departments
- Ensure positive customer experiences through friendly, professional service
- Contribute to overall customer satisfaction and platform usability
What you'll need
- Native-level German (C2) and fluent English
- Strong communication skills and solution-oriented approach
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure
- Interest in complex topics and modern financial markets
- Location in Berlin required
- High work standards and ability to stay organized during busy periods
