About the role
This is a sales support and business development internship at an AI-driven industrial trade platform. You'll assist the sales team with lead distribution, prospecting, customer communication, and strategic initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in B2B sales operations.
What you'll do
- Manage and distribute new leads across the sales team and provide day-to-day business development support
- Prospect and identify potential clients or partners through email, phone calls, and social media outreach
- Plan and execute weekly sales newsletters and customer updates
- Assist with ad hoc business activities to support sales and business development functions
- Identify process challenges and propose creative, actionable solutions
- Support strategic initiatives across the Sales organization alongside the Growth Chief of Staff
What you'll need
- Currently enrolled in university or recent graduate seeking work experience
- Strong motivation and passion for new ideas with a creative mindset
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with confidence in client interactions
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Nice to have
- Proficiency in German language
