About the role

PAIR Finance is seeking a (Junior) Sales Manager (f/m/d) for the Spanish & Portuguese market based in Berlin, Germany. PAIR Finance has been setting new standards in digital debt collection since 2016 - data-driven, empathetic and successful. With our AI-based technology, we analyze individual payment situations and design an automated but always personal approach. Join our dynamic, international team and develop your regional expertise while helping us transform the traditional debt collection industry through our innovative approach.

What you'll do

  • Identify, acquire, and develop potential B2B clients to establish long-term business relationships in the Spanish and Portuguese markets
  • Serve as the main point of contact for new B2B clients, actively contributing to the team's success
  • Conduct basic market and trend analyses to support the development of our business model and growth strategies
  • Prepare pitches and presentations, and represent PAIR Finance at trade fairs, exhibitions, and other industry events

What you'll need

  • Fluent Spanish and English language skills required (Portuguese and/or German is a plus)
  • Initial Experience in B2B sales / business development, preferably in FinTech, InsureTech or LegalTech sectors with a focus on the Iberian region
  • Professional connections in consumer-focused industries in Spain and Portugal that can help you develop sales opportunities
  • Enthusiasm for driving sales growth and ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
  • Technical affinity, enabling you to explain our technology-based service to leads and potential clients
  • Very good MS Office skills and interest in working with emerging technologies like AI
