About the role

As Product Manager for Deposit Payments and Bank Integrations at Raisin, you'll own the end-to-end movement, reconciliation, and reporting of customer funds. You'll manage interfaces between Raisin and partner banks, ensuring reliable payment flows and clear reporting to support the platform's 80+ billion euros in assets.

What you'll do

  • Lead discovery and delivery for initiatives across backend services, internal UIs, APIs, and reporting
  • Define product requirements and success criteria, managing risks, dependencies and assumptions
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, data, and compliance teams to drive improvements in integration flows
  • Write quarterly OKRs with engineering lead and drive delivery against them
  • Ensure reliable and scalable payment and settlement flows
  • Establish bank-facing integration standards covering APIs, reporting formats, and reconciliation processes
  • Reduce manual effort and operational risk as the partner bank network scales
  • Communicate clearly across technical and business stakeholders

What you'll need

  • Degree in analytical or technical discipline (math, engineering, computer science, finance)
  • 3+ years of product management experience
  • 6+ years total working in/with tech-powered products
  • Experience working in agile, cross-functional engineering teams
  • Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence or similar
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across disciplines
  • Familiarity with web product architecture: backend/frontend interaction, APIs, events
  • Interest in developing deep domain expertise in fintech and deposit systems
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail

Nice to have

  • Exposure to event-driven architecture, micro-services, or asynchronous systems
  • Experience working on reporting, data models, or system integrations
  • Familiarity with ETL, data warehouse, reporting views, or reconciliation concepts
