Founders Associate
We’re building the independent context layer for AI – a missing piece of infrastructure that allows every AI process in a company to act on relevant and up-to-date context.
We’re a fast-moving, well-funded team based in Berlin, backed by HV Capital, Zero Prime and the founders of n8n, neo4j, Cognigy, make.com, Celonis and Nabla.
The Opportunity
In this role, you’ll work very closely with our Co-founder Lorenz across several initiatives and projects – whether that is go-to-market strategy, sales, partnership building, hiring, or product development. You receive full-trust from day one and have clear ownership of high impact and high urgency projects.
Qontext is already getting used by 10+ design partners and we are aiming to launch v1 of our platform in Q2 2026. Located right in the hear of Berlin, we are a team of seven with high-ambition, agency and passion for what we build.
What You’ll Do
Drive go-to-market initiatives: Work closely with Lorenz on sales, partnerships, positioning, and experiments to bring Qontext to market.
Help build the community around Qontext: Support events, partnerships, and social media initiatives to grow our presence in the AI ecosystem.
Run with internal topics: Get involved in hiring, finance, legal, and general organization – whatever helps the company move faster.
Own projects end to end: Take responsibility for concrete, high-impact tasks and see them through from idea to execution.
Be a generalist when needed: Jump in where things are urgent or unclear and help turn chaos into structure.
