About the role
As Enterprise Sales & Partner Manager for Hospitality & Services, you'll be responsible for acquiring, building and developing strategic enterprise clients and partnerships in the hospitality sector. You'll work as both a hunter and farmer, acquiring new major clients and partnerships while developing them nationally with the account management team.
What you'll do
- Acquire new enterprise clients in the hospitality segment
- Build and develop strategic partnerships with large hospitality companies and multi-location operators
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategy with your vertical's account management team lead
- Expand existing enterprise accounts through structured rollout strategies for new regions, locations, and business areas
- Serve as strategic contact person for key decision makers on the client side
- Take end-to-end responsibility for growth, retention and forecasting of your portfolio
- Conduct customer executive check-ins, partnership reviews and account planning
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing and Operations to unlock new growth potential for clients
- Participate in enterprise sales initiatives like roadshows, industry events and strategic customer formats
What you'll need
- Passion for sales and motivation to work with an ambitious team
- Completed commercial training or bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in enterprise segment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with analytical and structured working approach
- Strong networking skills with excellent presentation and communication abilities
- Native-level German and fluent English
- Passion for consultative selling and desire for professional development
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel (1-3 roadshows per quarter in Germany)
