About the role
We're looking for a motivated and relentless Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Sales team. This role is 100% focused on hunting, with a strong emphasis on cold calling, email outreach, and other outbound activities. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective enterprise customers and will play a crucial role in building pipeline and fueling Unframe's next stage of growth.
What you'll do
- Hunt for new enterprise leads via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualify prospects and set up meetings for the sales team
- Research accounts and tailor outreach to decision-makers
- Track activity in our CRM and iterate on messaging
What you'll need
- 1–3 years in outbound sales (BDR/SDR), ideally in B2B SaaS
- Cold outreach prospecting experience
- Fluent in English, German, and Dutch or English, French, and Spanish or Italian
- Experience with tools like Outreach, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lusha
Nice to have
- Experience with AI, data, or enterprise tech sales
