About the role
This is a B2B sales position at Scout24, focusing on acquiring new customers for their real estate platform ImmoScout24. You'll manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure, working with potential clients in the real estate market.
What you'll do
- Identify and qualify potential new customers through targeted market and audience analysis
- Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and social selling activities
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure
- Develop deep understanding of customer needs and identify suitable solutions from the product portfolio
- Lead professional negotiations, handle objections, and create customized acquisition presentations
- Build long-term business relationships and win new customers through convincing arguments
- Focus on continuously achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Build extensive expertise on Scout24's integrated products
- Provide support for sales questions including partner/system integrations in OneSystem
What you'll need
- Successfully completed vocational training or relevant professional experience, ideally in B2B sales, account management, or real estate industry
- Minimum 2-3 years B2B sales experience with proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong hunter mindset with high closing orientation
- Proficiency with CRM tools, ideally Salesforce
- Proactive, structured, and goal-oriented working style with analytical thinking
- High self-motivation, entrepreneurial thinking, and drive for success
- Resilience and perseverance for longer sales cycles with strong social competence
- Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)
