About the role

Lead and organize plumbing, heating, and climate (SHK) projects from planning to completion for a rapidly growing climate tech startup. You'll coordinate teams, ensure quality standards, and manage technical coordination with customers and partners in the residential energy renovation sector.

What you'll do

• Lead and organize SHK projects from planning to final acceptance
• Coordinate teams, subcontractors and partner companies
• Ensure quality, deadlines and cost control
• Handle technical coordination with customers, planners and architects
• Develop solutions and support proposal creation
• Lead and provide technical training for internal teams

What you'll need

• Completed training as SHK technician or master craftsman, or experienced journeyman with extensive practical experience
• Experience in proposal creation and tender processes
• Solid expertise in plumbing, heating and climate technology
• Independent, structured working style and leadership skills
• Strong communication skills and enjoy teamwork
• Class B driving license
• Very good German language skills (minimum C1 level)
