About the role
As Account Executive at Bounti, you'll drive revenue by engaging, nurturing, and closing new accounts across core segments. This is a full-cycle role: you'll run deals end-to-end, build your own pipeline through outbound and smart market work, and help shape how we sell as we scale.
What you'll do
- Own the Full Sales Cycle: Lead deals end-to-end — from first touch to signed contracts, including discovery, tailored demos, business case development, negotiation, and close
- Build Your Own Pipeline: Prospect, outbound, and create opportunities yourself (in addition to inbound/SDR-sourced leads)
- Pipeline & Deal Execution: Build relationships with decision-makers, manage multiple opportunities in parallel, and consistently hit (and exceed) targets
- Collaborate with SDRs & Leadership: Partner closely with SDRs and leadership to improve qualification, sharpen messaging, and unblock deals quickly
- Process & Team Improvement: Share learnings, refine playbooks, and help raise the bar on sales strategy, tooling, and execution (HubSpot, sequences, messaging, deal process)
What you'll need
- Proven SaaS Closing Experience: Strong track record of closing B2B deals and consistently outperforming quota (bonus if you've sold into frontline-heavy orgs)
- Full-Cycle Mentality: Comfortable generating pipeline yourself and not relying solely on inbound or SDRs
- Structured Dealmaker: Great at running discovery, mapping stakeholders, multi-threading, handling objections, and moving deals forward with clear next steps
- Relationship Builder: Comfortable engaging decision-makers (Ops, HR, Training, Quality — and sometimes CEO-level), and building trust fast
- Language Skills: Fluent in German, confident in English
- Owner Mentality: You take initiative, learn fast, and enjoy building in an early-stage environment
