Senior Software Engineer - Customer App

About the role

As a Senior Software Engineer (f/m/d) in our team, you will work on complex backend and platform challenges that enable our customer facing products. You will be part of the Customer Domain, owning the digital customer experience through mobile app and web portal that enables customers to manage and monitor their systems.

What you'll do

• building software - deliver incremental value in each iteration, and celebrate when we improve people's experience with our solution, make an impact towards our climate goals
• improving developer happiness - improve stability, automating as much as we can including load tests and vulnerability scans
• growing & learning - share your knowledge on topics like Kafka or graceful degradation, grow through our knowledge on test-driven development in React, Azure Bicep
• working on architecture & vision - fuse old and new technologies including cloud-native microservices, IoT applications, a Salesforce backbone, an event-driven architecture
• steering for empathy and understanding - ask critical questions and listen to operations, craftspeople, sales and balance stakeholder needs to create the best solutions
