Senior AI Agent Architect

About the role

As a Senior AI Agent Architect at Parloa, you will transform customer service through AI Agent implementations in a customer-facing role. You'll design and implement conversational AI solutions using your expertise in Large Language Models, Natural Language Understanding, and conversational design to enhance customer experiences for clients and partners.

What you'll do

• Scope and implement AI Agent deployments, providing strategic advice and execution support to customers and partners
• Leverage knowledge of LLM internals to analyze customer requirements and design precise prompts for reliable, user-aligned behavior
• Simplify complex workflows into digestible conversational components for LLMs to handle challenging tasks
• Fine-tune conversational flows and voice output to align with customer brand standards
• Work with Agent Integration Engineers and Forward Deployed Engineers to connect customer systems via APIs
• Identify and solve blockers with other departments and customers
• Apply structured testing approaches to validate AI agent behavior, quality, and performance
• Document best practices, how-to guides, and product capabilities for internal and external audiences

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise customer-facing roles with proven expertise in conversation design and AI agent development
• Ability to analyze customer requirements and craft LLM prompts that align with desired outcomes
• Proficiency with advanced prompting strategies such as chain-of-thought prompting and few-shot learning
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills with clear communication abilities
• Analytical and critical thinking skills, including risk assessment and problem-solving experience
• Solid understanding of data structures, system integrations, and enterprise APIs
• Exceptional attention to detail and logical thinking for conversational flow nuances
• Experience in planning and executing rigorous testing procedures for AI agent performance at scale
