Product Analyst

About the role

Develop a deep understanding of user behavior in the exciting field of fast grocery delivery and influence our Product roadmap to continually improve our user experience.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with stakeholders and translate their business needs into data requirements behind dashboards, deep-dive analyses & experiment set-ups
• Develop and evolve tracking concepts to ensure we collect accurate and reliable data
• Build and transform raw event stream data from various sources into our data warehouse, and therefore enable driving actionable insights & enriching user profiles
• Analyze post-order user journeys in close collaboration with Operations to optimize delivery experience touchpoints as well as improve satisfaction and retention
• Design, conduct and evaluate A/B tests and drive experimentation-led Product development
• Communicate findings clearly through impactful visualizations and concise storytelling tailored to stakeholders
• Adopt a product-centric approach—prioritizing measurable business impact and informed decision-making over simply completing tasks or producing reports
