About the role

This position is available in both Munich and Berlin. You will be a reliable contact person for both existing customers and prospects of our services via phone, email or chat, while taking independent responsibility for customer satisfaction and retention.

What you'll do

• You are a reliable contact person for both existing customers and prospects of our services via phone, email or chat
• For more complex questions, you network with other specialist areas to quickly find a solution
• You take independent responsibility for the satisfaction and retention of our customers
• You continuously expand your expertise in the financial sector through internal training and personal interest
• You use feedback from our customers and identify potential for improvement of our product and internal processes, working closely with the Product and Operations teams
• Depending on your interests, previous experience and financial knowledge, you have the opportunity to work in one of two teams: Scalable Account and Services or Broker Trading and Tax
