Product Engineer

About the role

Join a lean 5-person engineering team building an AI-native property management platform for short-term rentals across Europe. You'll own features end-to-end and design agentic AI systems that handle real-world property operations with increasing autonomy.

What you'll do

• Own features end-to-end and understand the business well enough to figure things out independently
• Modernize legacy systems and redesign data structures to meet 2026 requirements
• Design and build agentic AI workflows for guest communication, operational decisions, and property tasks
• Communicate with internal teams and shadow real workflows to identify inefficiencies and turn messy processes into clean software

What you'll need

• High-agency mentality with strong ownership mindset
• Product thinking skills - ability to scope, ship, and iterate on solutions
• Experience building end-to-end features and understanding business requirements
• Ability to work with AI systems and workflows
