About the role
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Taktile's strategic customer base, ensuring our innovative solutions empower large organizations to optimize their decision-making processes. You will be a trusted advisor to executives and senior decision-makers and build strong relationships across multiple departments to shape and influence business transformations that achieve real impact with AI.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to expand business with Taktile's strategic customers in the Financial Services Industry.
- Qualify and manage multi-stakeholder sales opportunities from lead to close, selling Taktile's innovative decisioning software solution, focusing on long-term value and ROI.
- Build a deep understanding of customers' business models, decision-making processes, and technology landscapes to identify opportunities for impact and innovation.
- Lead discovery sessions, solution workshops, and executive presentations that articulate Taktile's value proposition and align solutions to customer goals.
- Ensure a seamless and consultative buying experience that reflects professionalism, responsiveness, and industry expertise.
- Collaborate with our Customer Success team to ensure smooth handovers and long-term customer success.
- Provide customer feedback to Product, Marketing, and Leadership to influence the roadmap and go-to-market strategies.
What you'll need
- Extensive experience managing complex deal cycles of 9+ months by developing and executing account strategies that drive global expansion.
- Highly skilled in navigating large organizations, building alignment across senior stakeholders, and translating strategic goals into clear ROI and measurable business impact.
- Extensive experience negotiating complex agreements within enterprise procurement frameworks and policies.
- Deep, strategic relationship-building with senior customer stakeholders, including C-suite executives and Board members.
- Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling messages that resonate with top-level stakeholders.
- Collaborative and able to thrive in cross-functional environments, working closely with Customer Success teams.

- Experience working in a senior consulting role.
- Experience with AI Transformations or Digital Transformations.
