About the role
As a Banking-as-a-Service Product Manager, you will own core APIs that enable partner onboarding and deposit account management. You'll work in a cross-functional agile team to identify and solve problems at the intersection of partner needs, technical constraints, and regulatory requirements.
What you'll do
- Own the Customer & Account Management domain, developing deep understanding of partner workflows and pain points
- Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities that improve partner experience and platform scalability
- Define and continuously refine the product roadmap aligned with company strategy
- Collaborate with engineering teams to explore solution options and assess trade-offs
- Work with partners to understand integration challenges and validate solutions
- Make transparent, evidence-based prioritization decisions to align stakeholders
- Evaluate success using data, feedback, and operational signals
What you'll need
- 2+ years experience as Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar in banking/fintech/regulated tech
- Hands-on experience in Customer and/or Account Management domains
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams with customer-centric mindset
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and cloud-based systems
- Confidence working with engineers and discussing technical trade-offs
- Excellent written and spoken English
Nice to have
- Experience with KYC/onboarding processes
- Deposit account management in banking or BaaS context
- Experience in regulated environments with complex stakeholder landscapes
- German language skills
