About the role

You will be responsible for fleet management coordination, handling maintenance scheduling, ticket processing, and ensuring smooth vehicle operations across our locations.

What you'll do

• Plan maintenance and service appointments with workshops and ensure smooth operations
• Process ticket requests from employees regarding all vehicle topics, such as damages or fuel card problems
• Coordinate communication with internal departments and external partners
• Maintain and update all vehicle-related data in the system
• Ensure vehicles are completely and properly returned to the fleet
• Support our branches in the electric vehicle area when needed and inspect the vehicles located there
