Senior Architectural Planner*in

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Architectural Planner to take responsibility for planning and organizing renovation projects from preliminary design to execution planning. You will coordinate with external specialists and manage planning processes for serial energy-efficient renovations of multi-family buildings.

What you'll do

• Take full responsibility for planning and organizing renovation projects from preliminary design to execution planning
• Coordinate with external specialist planners and internal building services/building physics teams
• Manage planning coordination for external architects and specialist planners
• Review execution plans and assembly/installation drawings
• Support tender preparation processes (Planning Phase 6)

What you'll need

• Successfully completed degree in Architecture with building permit authorization
• Extensive experience in planning coordination
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit with BIM experience
• Native-level German and strong English communication skills
• Confident demeanor with strong decision-making abilities and complex process management skills
• High self-organization and solution-oriented thinking approach

Nice to have

• Experience in timber construction, fire protection, and/or renovation projects
