About the role

This is a Senior Business Recruiter position at GetYourGuide, focusing on end-to-end recruiting for critical business roles. You'll combine deep recruiting expertise with AI-powered workflows and operational excellence while contributing to raising the bar for the entire talent acquisition team.

What you'll do

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for business roles from sourcing through offer negotiation and close
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to build comprehensive hiring processes
• Monitor recruitment dashboards and provide insights to hiring teams proactively
• Build and nurture a candidate network through market research and relationship management
• Gather candidate feedback and turn insights into process improvements
• Lead projects to implement workflow automation and AI-driven tooling
• Mentor team members and train on new tools and best practices

What you'll need

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth environments
• Strong track record of closing senior talent
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and automation for recruiting workflows
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Solutions-first mindset with focus on automation and process improvement
• Deep customer-first approach for both hiring managers and candidates
