About the role
As a Performance Marketing Manager at Agicap, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to generate traffic, leads and revenue through Demand Generation, ABM and LeadGen initiatives. You'll optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and payback time while ensuring strong alignment with the Sales team to achieve company targets.
What you'll do
- Plan, execute and iterate marketing paid acquisition and ABM strategies across SEM, Display, Paid Social, Video, and other channels
- Collaborate with Studio, Brand & Content Teams to develop high-quality copies and creatives with regular performance reporting
- Develop understanding of target customers and product through research, define key audiences and create impactful ads with account-specific messaging
- Collect and utilize Sales team feedback to optimize campaign parameters across paid media activities
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to enhance customer engagement while minimizing acquisition costs and payback time
- Track and report on Lead, Demand & ABM campaign performance including account engagement, pipeline influence, and revenue impact
What you'll need
- 3-5 years of performance marketing and/or customer acquisition experience in high-growth B2B company, ideally SaaS or scale-up
- Demonstrated ability to work and influence decision makers in fast-paced, matrixed organization with stakeholders across different markets
- Extensive knowledge of marketing tools, including HubSpot for effective campaign management
- Ability to thrive in international environment, working in English with people from different backgrounds and cultures
- Native or bilingual in French or German, with strong command of English
