Social Media and Community Manager DACH-Pflege-Markt

About the role

We're seeking an experienced Marketing Manager specializing in Social Media & Community Management to expand our nursing market in the DACH region. You'll work closely with marketing managers to enhance visibility, positioning, and community activation for our nursing offerings while contributing measurably to B2C and B2B growth.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement cross-channel social media strategy from concept to analysis, strengthening reach, brand, and growth
• Manage and develop community and ambassador programs holistically, deriving best practices from results
• Support multichannel campaign implementation ensuring consistent social media execution
• Create target group-specific storylines, formats, and series along the user lifecycle with stakeholders and creators
• Analyze performance of social, influencer, and community activities using defined KPIs and implement optimization measures
• Conduct market and trend observation to derive insights for content, campaigns, and go-to-market activities

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years experience in digital marketing with social media, influencer, and community management expertise
• Excellent German language skills (written and spoken) and fluent English
• Experience independently developing and implementing social media strategies, content, and campaign formats
• Analytical, data-driven approach with routine in KPIs, reporting, and performance optimization
• Strong communication skills with secure sense for tonality, storytelling, and target group communication
• Open eye for new formats and trends in social media with ability to strategically assess and utilize them
• Experience using AI tools for content ideas, text variations, analysis, or structuring
• Basic understanding of promotion and distribution mechanics in social media and organic/paid integration
