About the role
This is an entry-level Graduate Customer Operations Associate position for recent graduates to start their career in FinTech. You'll gain hands-on experience across customer operations, onboarding, compliance, and process optimization while ensuring a seamless experience for German customers in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What you'll do
- Act as key operational contact for German customers, handling inquiries via phone, chat, and email
- Investigate complex situations with curiosity and structure, identifying root causes and assessing risks
- Collaborate with Compliance, Product, Risk, and Operations teams to resolve cases and improve workflows
- Work with internal tools and systems to optimize processes and contribute ideas for improvement
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Native-level German (C2) and strong English skills (minimum C1)
- Strong interest in FinTech, financial processes, or operational excellence
- Proactive, hands-on mindset with willingness to take ownership
- Strong communication skills in German, both written and spoken
- Structured, detail-oriented approach to handling data and documentation
- Analytical and curious mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Customer-oriented approach with empathy and professionalism
