About the role

As Senior Regulatory Reporting Specialist at Upvest, you'll take end-to-end responsibility for all regulatory reporting activities. You'll ensure timely, complete, and accurate preparation of regulatory filings while maintaining compliance standards and developing scalable reporting processes across the organization.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and submit regulatory reports according to all applicable supervisory requirements within deadlines
  • Act as central point of contact for regulatory reporting topics across the company
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation in reporting processes
  • Manage regulatory reporting calendar and track deadlines and dependencies
  • Create and maintain clear work instructions and reporting documentation
  • Serve as liaison with supervisory authorities, auditors, internal audit, and other reviewers
  • Collaborate closely with Compliance, Risk, Finance, Data, and Management on regulatory matters
  • Design and continuously develop robust data flows and interfaces
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives in regulatory reporting

What you'll need

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting processes and requirements (e.g., AWV, securities statistics, balance sheet statistics, large exposure reporting)
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in accounting, audit, advisory, or regulatory reporting
  • Excellent English communication skills and ability to explain complex matters clearly
  • Strong sense of responsibility, high level of autonomy, and keen attention to detail
  • High motivation to continuously deepen knowledge in regulatory reporting, processes, and internal controls
