Senior Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Voyfai, you will design, build, and operate infrastructure and platforms that enable fast engineering delivery while maintaining system stability and cost-efficiency. You'll work closely with engineering and product teams to support business-critical services and evolve technical foundations as the company scales.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and operate reliable and scalable production systems
• Lead and evolve Kubernetes setup and cloud infrastructure
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for fast, safe, and repeatable deployments
• Improve observability through monitoring, alerting, and logging
• Drive reliability practices including incident response, postmortems, and disaster recovery planning
• Support scaling of infrastructure and processing pipelines as product usage grows
• Collaborate with backend engineers on performance, reliability, and production readiness
• Continuously improve cost efficiency, system robustness, and operational simplicity

What you'll need

• Several years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Platform, or Infrastructure roles
• Strong hands-on experience operating production systems in the cloud, ideally AWS or GCP
• Experience running Kubernetes in production environments
• Solid experience with infrastructure as code, such as Terraform or similar tools
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, networking, and system reliability concepts
• Ability to work close to application code and debug production issues
• Pragmatic, ownership-driven mindset with strong bias toward execution and continuous improvement
