Enterprise IT Services Engineer

About the role

You'll join an international IT team supporting Raisin's global operations, managing core enterprise IT services and applications. This role focuses on configuring and administering IT services like Google Workspace, Jamf, InTune, Okta, and network infrastructure to support the company's growth and compliance needs.

What you'll do

• Configure and administer enterprise IT services and applications
• Manage structured change management for change requests
• Integrate enterprise IT services with other organizational applications
• Handle secure IT offboardings and ensure devices are managed and updated
• Support InfoSec requests and implementations
• Automate internal processes through scripts and leverage AI for optimization
• Improve employee on/off-boarding and support processes
• Create integrations between services to ease access and information sharing

What you'll need

• 3-6 years experience in IT administration in SaaS or hybrid environments
• Programming skills in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or Google Apps Script
• Experience with computer networks and network administration
• Hands-on experience with IT SaaS services like Jamf, InTune, AzureAD, Google Workspace, Okta
• Knowledge of AWS, IaC, Terraform, GitLab
• Excellent communication skills and strong analytical thinking
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science
• Good knowledge in configuration and change management of multiple applications

Nice to have

• Experience with Meraki and/or Palo Alto Prisma
• Previous work experience in a rapidly growing Enterprise B2B SaaS environment
