About the role
You'll build and expand Upvest's partnership ecosystem as a key member of the newly established partnerships team. This role involves identifying high-impact partners, developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, and executing the partnership strategy to create end-to-end investment solutions for clients.
What you'll do
- Proactively identify and qualify high impact partners across different segments
- Define value propositions for different partner types and develop relationships with key stakeholders
- Lead negotiation of cooperation agreements with partners
- Implement partnership strategy and drive day-to-day execution
- Manage partner journey from onboarding and enablement to quarterly goal setting and technical integrations
- Lead market communication on partnership success stories in collaboration with Marketing team
What you'll need
- 2+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, investing, or partnerships roles
- Strong interest in investments, securities trading, and software/infrastructure-as-a-service products
- Hands-on experience in standardizing and optimizing sales-related processes
- Proven ability to drive complex projects to successful outcomes
- Data-driven approach with bias to action and attention to detail
- Fluent in English, ideally German as well
- Preference for candidates located in Berlin
