About the role

GTM Lead working directly with the CCO on the M&A pipeline engine that drives Buena's growth. Every property manager in Germany is a potential acquisition target; your job is to make sure we know about every single one of them.

What you'll do

  • Build the target universe: every property manager in Germany on one list with revenue, headcount, locations, ownership structure, and signal of intent to sell.
  • Build the sourcing engine that turns the list into deals: funnels from cold target to qualified conversation, automated email sequences, pipeline management, creative outbound campaigns.
  • Run market research at the edges by picking up the phone and talking to property managers directly.
  • Grow the function by hiring and managing working students to extend coverage, and work with the creative director on campaign messaging.
  • Report directly to the CCO with no middle layers.

What you'll need

  • Fluent German (C2). Most targets, public filings, and conversations are in German.
  • Structured and obsessive about data quality.
  • Resourceful in research using Handelsregister, Northdata, LinkedIn, company websites, phone calls, and industry directories.
  • Move fast and ship v1 before perfecting.
  • Based in Berlin or willing to relocate to Prenzlauer Berg for in-office work.
  • Strong signal: you've built a real outbound or sourcing motion from scratch.
