GTM Associate (M&A)

About the role

We're hiring a GTM & Growth Associate (M&A) to work directly with our CCO Thies on the engine that drives Buena's growth: our M&A pipeline. Every property manager in Germany is a potential acquisition target; your job is to make sure we know about every single one of them.

What you'll do

• Build the target universe: Every property manager in Germany on one list with revenue, headcount, locations, ownership structure, and signal of intent to sell.
• Build the sourcing engine, not just the list: funnels from cold target to qualified conversation, automated email sequences, pipeline management, creative outbound campaigns.
• Run market research at the edges: pick up the phone and talk to property managers directly.
• Grow the function: hire and manage working students to extend coverage, and work closely with our creative director Lenz on campaign messaging.
• Report directly to the CCO with no middle layers.

What you'll need

• Fluent German (C2).
• Structured and obsessive about data quality.
• Resourceful in research: Handelsregister, Northdata, LinkedIn, company websites, phone calls, industry directories.
• Move fast and iterate rather than perfect before shipping.
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate; this is an in-office role in Prenzlauer Berg.

Nice to have

• You've built a real outbound or sourcing motion from scratch: a database, a campaign, a deal pipeline, or a recruiting funnel.
