About the role
Founding Marketing Manager to build and run marketing at Briink from the ground up. You will own marketing end-to-end — from strategy to execution, working directly with founders to define positioning, generate pipeline, and establish Briink as a category leader in AI for ESG workflows.
What you'll do
- Drive inbound pipeline through campaigns, content, and experiments
- Work closely with sales to improve lead quality and conversion
- Translate complex AI + ESG concepts into clear, compelling narratives
- Write and produce content (LinkedIn, case studies, website, email, decks)
- Own and iterate on the website (messaging, structure, conversion)
- Plan and run webinars, roundtables, and small events
- Create sales and marketing materials (one-pagers, decks, case studies)
What you'll need
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, growth, or a generalist role
- Experience in B2B SaaS or a technical product environment
- Strong writing skills — you can explain complex ideas clearly and sharply
- A bias for action — you ship quickly and iterate based on results
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership
- Comfort working directly with founders and sales teams
Nice to have
- Experience in marketing AI, data, or developer-facing products
- Design skills (Figma, Webflow, or similar)
- Experience running webinars, events, or community-led growth
