Solution Architect AI

We are looking for an artificial intelligence solution prototyping and sales support consultant to obsess about customer problem solving, solution improvements, and opportunities for growth. You will demo and modify our state of the art computer-vision AI pipeline to solve our customer's challenges.

What you'll do

• Demonstrate solutions to potential customers, identify customer issues and identify opportunities for product improvements.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts based on customer specific requirements.
• Manage and respond to customer inquiries via our ticketing system and email.
• Improve team efficiency (AI methods/FAQs, online community, documentation).

What you'll need

• At least 2 years of experience as a consultant or software developer.
• 1 year of experience in solution engineering, presales, or customer support or other technical role with customer contact.
• Knowledge of Python programming on Linux environments.
• Strong communication skills, and you are fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS, computer vision, AI, or video management systems.
• Experience with containers in scaled Kubernetes cloud environments.
• A good understanding of hardware.
