Junior Event Manager

About the role

Bliq is looking for a highly driven Junior Event Manager to help showcase Bliq's driverless cars and technology through outstanding events, demos, and attendances. This role is about making sure every event is organized, professional, and leaves a lasting impression on partners, customers, and the broader market.

What you'll do

• Organize events and event attendances end-to-end, from planning to execution
• Help position Bliq's driverless cars and technology in the best possible way at every event, demo, and external appearance
• Manage event logistics including timelines, transport, locations, vendors, and coordination with internal teams
• Organize all materials needed for events, including ensuring everything is prepared, available, and delivered on time
• Coordinate guest lists, registrations, attendance, and follow-up activities
• Support the sales team in hosting car demos and in-person/online guest communication
• Support the marketing team in content creation and distribution, ensuring each event is well promoted
• Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure events support broader company goals

What you'll need

• Strong ownership and a get-things-done mindset
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams at the same time
• Proactive, reliable, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
• German and English language proficiency is a must
• Some related prior experience in events, project coordination, logistics, operations, or a similar field
• Outgoing and able to communicate clearly and professionally with internal/external stakeholders

Nice to have

• Interest in cars, mobility, autonomous vehicles, or technology
• Experience supporting business events, product demos, or operational projects
• Any sales or marketing background
