About the role
QA Analyst to join the Product team and help raise the quality bar across everything we ship. You'll work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define and uphold quality standards, from feature design through to release.
What you'll do
- Design, write, and maintain automated test suites to support continuous delivery.
- Perform exploratory and manual testing, catching issues before they reach users.
- Collaborate with engineers during development to embed quality early - reviewing requirements, flagging edge cases, and contributing to acceptance criteria.
- Triage and investigate bugs, providing clear reproduction steps and prioritisation input.
- Support the release process by ensuring test coverage is in place and sign-off criteria are met.
- Identify gaps in test coverage and propose improvements to testing strategy.
- Champion quality practices across the team through retrospectives and process discussions.
What you'll need
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a QA or software testing role.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g. Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, pytest or similar).
- Solid understanding of testing principles: unit, integration, end-to-end, and exploratory testing.
- Experience working in an agile product team alongside engineers and product managers.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills - you can articulate a bug, a risk, or a quality concern concisely.
- A collaborative approach; you see quality as a shared team responsibility.
What they offer
- Hybrid work environment with working from home as the norm, two days a week in office and flexible beyond that.
- Flexible bonus you can use however you like - sports, culture, travel, or whatever works for you.
- Extra days off for climate activism.
- Food covered when working in the office via Wolt.
- Team offsites, team nights, and social events.
