About the role
Build and scale AI automation across the company by driving the implementation of AI-powered workflows and automation initiatives that enable the company to scale operations without proportional headcount growth.
What you'll do
- Identify repetitive, manual or inefficient processes and translate them into scalable AI-driven workflows to implement high impact AI and automation opportunities across all departments
- Partner with team leads across Operations, Risk, Finance, Product and Engineering to understand workflows, run process workshops and identify high leverage AI opportunities
- Evaluate, implement and continuously improve modern AI and automation tooling while ensuring alignment with company wide governance, security and compliance standards
- Drive projects end to end with a hands on execution mindset, from initial process mapping to rollout and iteration based on operational impact
- Design, implement and orchestrate automations across tools, APIs, LLMs and internal systems with a strong focus on speed, reliability and measurable impact
What you'll need
- Multiple years hands on experience with automation tools, APIs, AI workflows
- Multiple years hands on experience with project management
- Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier or similar
- Experience working with LLMs, AI agents or AI enabled operational tooling
- Strong problem solving and process optimization capabilities
- Strong execution mindset with the ability to move quickly and pragmatically
- Comfortable working cross functionally with both technical and non technical stakeholders
- Technical understanding of APIs, integrations and system architecture
Nice to have
- Experience introducing AI initiatives into operational teams
- Experience with data privacy, security or compliance related workflows
- Understanding of financial or fintech related operational processes
