About the role
Drive the implementation of AI powered workflows and automation initiatives that enable the company to scale operations without proportional headcount growth. You'll work closely with all departments to identify repetitive, manual or inefficient processes and translate them into scalable AI driven workflows.
What you'll do
- Build & Scale AI Automation Across the Company: Drive the implementation of AI powered workflows and automation initiatives that enable the company to scale operations without proportional headcount growth.
- Identify Operational AI Enablement: Work closely with all departments to identify repetitive, manual or inefficient processes and translate them into scalable AI driven workflows to implement high impact AI and automation opportunities across all departments
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner with team leads across Operations, Risk, Finance, Product and Engineering to understand workflows, run process workshops and identify high leverage AI opportunities.
- AI Tooling & Infrastructure: Evaluate, implement and continuously improve modern AI and automation tooling while ensuring alignment with company wide governance, security and compliance standards.
- Ownership & Delivery: Drive projects end to end with a hands on execution mindset, from initial process mapping to rollout and iteration based on operational impact.
- Workflow Architecture & Execution: Design, implement and orchestrate automations across tools, APIs, LLMs and internal systems with a strong focus on speed, reliability and measurable impact
What you'll need
- 3+ years experience with automation tools, APIs, and AI-driven workflows
- Hands-on experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar automation platforms
- Experience building with LLMs, AI agents, or AI-enabled workflows
- Proven track record of driving automation or AI initiatives in operational teams
- Strong project management skills with end-to-end ownership of complex initiatives
- Solid understanding of APIs, system integrations, and basic architecture
- Strong execution mindset with focus on speed, pragmatism, and impact
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and structuring work in ambiguous environments
