About the role
You'll own the end-to-end recruitment of front of house staff across our five cities, from sourcing and screening to hiring decisions. You'll work closely with Studio Managers to understand staffing needs, manage HR onboarding for all new hires, and champion hospitality at every stage of the hiring process.
What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end recruitment of front of house staff across our five cities, from sourcing and screening to hiring decisions.
- Work closely with Studio Managers in each city to understand staffing needs, align on hiring criteria, and keep pipelines healthy.
- Proactively plan headcount to ensure every studio — existing and newly opening — is always fully and appropriately staffed.
- Manage HR onboarding for all new hires — ensuring every new team member is legally compliant and fully set up before their first day.
- Champion hospitality at every stage of the hiring process — ensuring candidates reflect our commitment to an exceptional customer experience.
- Continuously review and improve our FOH recruiting processes to raise the quality of hires and the experience for every candidate.
- Track recruiting metrics across cities and use data to spot gaps, anticipate demand, and make informed decisions.
What you'll need
- 2-3 years of work experience, ideally in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a people-facing role.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open roles across different locations simultaneously.
- A natural ability to build relationships — with candidates and internal stakeholders alike.
- A proactive mindset — you anticipate needs, flag issues early, and take initiative without waiting to be asked.
- High attention to detail and a thorough approach — you follow through, stay organized under pressure, and nothing falls through the cracks.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and an instinct for what makes a great front of house team member.
- Full professional proficiency in both English and German.
- Confidence working with Google Suite — Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Calendar
