About the role

Manage the team that owns the end-to-end coach growth funnel: candidate screening, tryouts, premiere process, and ongoing participant feedback monitoring. You'll participate in the strategic definition and continuous maintenance of BEAT81's high coaching standards, ensuring the entire candidate funnel aligns with these criteria.

What you'll do

  • Participate in the strategic definition and continuous maintenance of BEAT81's high coaching standards, ensuring the entire candidate funnel aligns with these criteria
  • Execute Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) with local ops teams: preparing data, facilitating discussions, driving follow-through
  • Drive coach quality initiatives across all cities, collaborating with local operations and central teams
  • Own the central coordination of coach planning across central teams, and ensure alignment with Front of House (FOH) planning and local operations
  • Work cross-functionally with central teams such as coach scheduling, local ops teams, and legal

What you'll need

  • 3–5 years in operations or funnel management – ideally at a fast-growing consumer or fitness company
  • Proven experience leading a team and getting the best out of people
  • A builder's instinct for process: you can design it, document it clearly, and get cross-functional buy-in
  • A data-driven mindset – you use metrics to make decisions and drive action, not just report on them
  • Clear, direct communication: you say what you mean and follow through
  • A bias for ownership – you don't wait to be asked to fix something that's broken
  • Composure under pressure: when priorities compete and timelines shift, you stay organised and keep the team moving
  • Comfort with funnel management platforms, Google Sheets, Asana, and BigQuery (or a track record of picking up tools fast)

Nice to have

  • Experience in fitness, wellness, or marketplace workforce operations
  • German language skills (helpful but not required — we work in English)
