About the role

Join the Carbon Credit Sales team at Klim, a German AgriTech company scaling regenerative agriculture. You'll drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and long-term partnerships, managing complex B2B sales processes for carbon credits and sustainability solutions.

What you'll do

  • Build and develop high-quality B2B sales pipeline with end-to-end responsibility through contract closure
  • Execute structured outbound sales to open new market segments
  • Conduct discovery conversations and position Klim as strategic partner for sustainability and ESG strategies
  • Lead pricing, risk, and contract negotiations
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Certification, Product, Marketing and Customer Success teams
  • Maintain and analyze relevant sales KPIs in CRM
  • Monitor developments in carbon markets and regulatory standards (SBTi, Verra, CCP, CRCF)
  • Represent Klim at industry events

What you'll need

  • Fluent German (min. C1) and English
  • Minimum 3 years B2B new business experience with closing responsibility
  • Proven outbound experience and end-to-end sales funnel management
  • Experience selling complex, trust-based solutions including six-figure deals
  • Structured working style, CRM discipline, ideally MEDDPICC knowledge
  • Excellent presentation skills and proficiency with Google Workspace
  • Team-oriented, collaborative, and intrinsically motivated to advance climate action

  • Experience in voluntary carbon markets and environmental policy
