Software Engineer - Ruby on Rails

About the role

As a Fullstack Engineer, you'll play a key role in building a next-generation, cloud-based CRM platform that redefines how real estate professionals work, connect, and grow. You won't just be writing code – you'll be architecting solutions, making critical technology choices, and delivering innovative software that directly impacts thousands of users.

What you'll do

• Engineer with impact – design and build a high-performance, scalable CRM platform tailored for the real estate market
• Shape the stack – influence architectural decisions, choose technologies, and experiment with cutting-edge tools
• Own the lifecycle – take full responsibility from conception and prototyping through to cloud delivery and customer adoption
• Iterate fast, learn faster – work in agile sprints, embrace pair programming, and constantly improve through feedback and iteration
• Push boundaries – leverage Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and Vue to create software that's as elegant as it is powerful

What you'll need

• Proven expertise – 4+ years as a Fullstack Engineer (or similar), with mastery in Ruby & Ruby on Rails
• Frontend craft – strong skills in Vue, React, or Svelte and the enthusiasm to build elegant interfaces in Vue
• Curiosity & innovation – you stay ahead of trends, love experimenting with new technologies, and thrive on solving complex challenges
• Team player mindset – you bring energy, ownership, and a desire to lift the whole team
• Agile enthusiast – you believe in collaboration, iterative development, and pair programming as a way to build better software
