About the role
You'll be a Sales Development Intern focused on generating and qualifying new B2B opportunities in the Dutch-speaking market for Voyfai, a Series A logistics startup. Based in Berlin with a hybrid setup, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers and play a critical role in expanding the customer base in the Netherlands.
What you'll do
- Proactively approach potential B2B customers in the Dutch market via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Conduct outbound outreach including cold calling and cold emailing
- Research industries and key stakeholders to personalize outreach and maximize engagement
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities for SME freight forwarding businesses
- Schedule introductory meetings between qualified prospects and senior sales leadership
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects throughout the outreach cycle
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure full pipeline visibility
- Share market insights and customer feedback with leadership to inform commercial strategy
What you'll need
- Availability for 6 months
- Native or near-native Dutch fluency (mandatory)
- Good English skills for internal collaboration
- Strong motivation to build a career in outbound sales
- Comfort with cold calling and proactive outreach
- Resilience, persistence, and a structured approach to follow-up
- Strong organizational and communication skills
