About the role

You will plan, control and develop our performance marketing activities further - both strategically and operationally. You will take independent responsibility for one or more marketing channels and optimize their performance based on data.

What you'll do

• Plan, control and develop our performance marketing activities further – both strategically and operationally
• Create and scale advertisements with the help of AI tools and work continuously to make our paid campaigns even more successful
• Take independent responsibility for one or more marketing channels and optimize their performance based on data
• Keep our landing pages in view and improve them specifically to increase conversion rates and user experience
• Work closely with the management team and support important strategic marketing decisions
• Independently identify new opportunities in marketing, develop suitable strategies and implement them entrepreneurially and customer-oriented
• Build growth projects independently from the first idea to implementation and continuous optimization
• Additionally take on short-term projects and flexibly support the marketing team in different subject areas
