Jr. Broker Manager

About the role

As Jr. Broker Manager, you act as the primary interface for a portfolio of brokerage partners, moving relationships from transactional to "preferred partner" status. You develop and execute bespoke account plans for major broker partners to maximize retention and growth.

What you'll do

• Act as the primary interface for a portfolio of brokerage partners, moving relationships from transactional to "preferred partner" status
• Develop and execute bespoke account plans for major broker partners to maximize retention and growth
• Own and exceed annual volume, revenue, and "share of wallet" targets within your assigned broker panel
• Actively monitor broker pipelines, providing support to ensure high conversion rates from initial submission to final closing
• Represent the "Voice of the Broker" in internal meetings to influence our roadmap and service levels
• Monitor and ensure that internal service levels (response times, support) meet the expectations of our top-tier partners
