About the role

As Broker Operations Manager, you will handle all administrative tasks reliably and efficiently, from creating, maintaining, and reviewing insurance documents to preparing and executing contract renewals. You will continuously monitor processes and ensure that high quality standards are met at all times.

What you'll do

• Handle all administrative tasks reliably and efficiently, from creating, maintaining, and reviewing insurance documents to preparing and executing contract renewals
• Continuously monitor processes and ensure high quality standards are met at all times
• Data maintenance and updating of internal IT tools and system maintenance
• Analyze existing processes, identify optimization potential, and implement measures to improve processes
• Work closely with broker managers to ensure optimal support for brokers
• Process customer inquiries in coordination with specialist departments
• Engage and manage pre-acquired broker and distribution partners within large-scale broker networks
• Oversee payment cycles and reminder management
