About the role
You act as the primary strategic interface for a portfolio of key brokerage partners, moving relationships from transactional to "preferred partner" status. You develop and execute bespoke account plans for major broker partners to maximize retention and growth.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute bespoke account plans for major broker partners to maximize retention and growth
- Own and exceed annual volume, revenue, and "share of wallet" targets within your assigned broker panel
- Actively monitor broker pipelines, providing support to ensure high conversion rates from initial submission to final closing
- Lead workshops, webinars, and technical deep-dives to ensure brokers understand our product USPs and value propositions
- Work with Marketing to provide brokers with the tools and sales assets they need to effectively pitch our solutions
- Represent the "Voice of the Broker" in internal meetings to influence our roadmap and service levels
- Monitor and ensure that internal service levels meet the expectations of our top-tier partners
- Continuously analyze competitor offerings to ensure our value proposition remains market-leading
